Don't stop at the Glory Hole. All of Dismal Creek is beautiful, full of waterfalls, bluffs, Indian shelter caves and weirdo rock formations. Hike down another mile and check out the first three hollows on river right.

Gulpha Gorge is a step up. Somebody lost a paddle on it the last time I ran it. Today is pretty warm though and the railroad tracks offer a walk out option if things are not going your way.

We are going to get a visual on HSC in about 5 min. The plan is meet at HSC takeout(behind Walgreens) at 2:00.

Well they got about .8 of a inch of rain and usually it is enough to get those two rolling. They drop out pretty fast though. This afternoon would be good.
