I noticed there is a road that comes off on HWY 16 on the south east end of the bridge and it looks to be in pretty good conditions. Not to discourage any organizational activities, but my guess would be that he was referencing a water park in the vein of Big Splash or Schlitterbahn since it was mentioned next to Six Flags. There's a lot more tax revenue there that he would be looking at as a return on the construction tax breaks...

Just want to agree with Jaytee here. My spouse is a prosecutor in central Arkansas and from what I gather, there is a lot of mis-information in this thread. Make friends with a good criminal lawyer or prosecutor and then figure out what the rules are.
