WTB WW Kayak for a Light Paddler

My son's friend is looking to get his own boat instead of using ours all the time (which are to big for him) He is a feather weight about 125 and 5'6". Looking for more of a river runner or a creek boat for him. He is also going to be getting his own helmet skirt and paddle but will most likely get these new. He does have a pretty tight budget for everything. So anyone have a boat that would fit him?
