assorted gear; updated (boats sold)

Post by BEubanks » Sun Aug 04, 2013 9:08 pm

Trying to convert some older gear into money for new, so here we go.

4 Pro Tec helmets. Purple one has Velcro visor. $10. White ones $5 each. Red one (Pro Tec Ace) I bought trying to find one that fit my head better. Worn a couple of times only. $20.

Splash top Large (red and blue). I bought new probably 15+ years ago. Can't find a label so don't know brand. Wore it for early run on tot last week just for old time's sake. $10

Kokatat splash top Small. Also close to 15 years old. $10

Bare Junior John size 12. $10

MTI splash pants (red) Medium. $5

Perception skirt. Older adjustable bungee cord. Medium tunnel. Won't fit today's big cockpits. I used on Pirouette and I think it will fit the 3D. I may have another one of these with an XS tunnel, if I can find it.

3mil farmer john, cut off at knees. Adult small/medium. $10

I can provide more photos or info. Call or text 870 two four six 5591. I'm in Arkadelphia.

Found another piece: kayak dolly. I've never used it. Got it with a Wilderness Systems SOT I bought from a friend years ago. I can provide measurements if anyone wants to check if this will fit on a particular boat. $10

And more photos of the gear.

After writing the above, I did find some specs and reviews with a little googling:

"googling" is not a verb. I asked Dad. :poke2:

Well, it won't be found in his 1955 edition of American Heritage Dictionary. Perhaps better to look here:
http://onlineslangdictionary.com/meanin ... f/googling" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Or maybe googling is a noun, referring to a citizen of the land of google. Yeah, that's it. I was visiting with a googling when I came upon specs for a 3D. Googlings are semi-magical creatures capable of providing information on almost any topic for persons in their presence. One need merely wish for such information and googlings provide it.

Can you have your own personal googling? Do they need a visa? Green card? Is yours legal? :confused:

I saw Byron take this boat down the Olympic section of the Ocoee with no problems and catch more eddies that I could count on the middle. Great boat!
