New Illinois Bayou gauges: where?

Post by Tim Eubanks » Fri Apr 19, 2013 9:49 am

Where would one find the Hwy 27 gauge? Have we figured out what it correlates to on the old sight gauge there?

Hey tim, I put a note on a previous post about them. It should be down below. The hiway 27 gage is right above the scottsville gage if you have organized the usgs gage page by river basin. Here it is -

hope all is well, ty

As a fan of the Bayous over the years I've always worked off the main gauge. Tim sounds like you're the expert, any gauge correlation to optimum flows for the forks? I've run the NF from FS 1000 down and MF from Nogo down, no experience with EF. Great addition to the gauge system. These are some nice watersheds with little traffic.
