Dillard's Ferry to Rush - Wed or Friday

Post by Wildwood » Mon Nov 21, 2011 1:02 pm

I'm hoping to get to the Buffy this week. Dillard's Ferry to Rush is my preference but will consider other places. :kayak: Anyone else game??

In case anyone wonders why I'm always wanting to go to Rush . . . I live only about an hour from the put in at Hwy 14 bridge. So it's handy. :D

I'm still hoping to go on Friday.
Looks like the water is going down to my level :chicken: and the temps will be nice.

Join me! :kayak: :canoe: :kayak:

Love to join you and get into some more of those obese smallies, but I'll be occupied with family. Have a great float.
You come too.

Speaking of smallies . . . where'd you catch those?
I'm looking forward to being on the water. Still hoping to have some company.

Caught a couple at Buffalo Point and a couple more (including the biggest one) two or three miles downstream. They were in pockets in the chunk rock in the slack water and were biting a green pumpkin tube on a jighead. I didn't fish long, but long enough to feel I had found a pattern.
You come too.

Thanks, Luke.

Aaron said the water should be just under 6' in the morning. So I'm loaded and ready to go. Planning to put in about 10:30 at the bridge.
Love that Buffy!!

Others are welcome to go, just post so I don't miss you.
