Is anybody running it this weekend?

Since work/shows/weddings have ruined my chances of going to any of the throw-downs or Rendezvous this year, I want to see the place.

We may be there Saturday if you want to go with us. Usually we go on Saturday. Usually meet at the ledge for shuttle at noon.

If upon arrival you see a guy with a big ugly blue and orange 14' raft it will be Deuce. I need to practice with it and this might be a golden opportunity since my daughter is visiting her grandparents and my wife has not expressed an interest in going to the lake.

I am planning on chasing the water down so as to play in the little eddies and waves. I hope to be on the water at noon when the first open, otherwise it is over. If anybody is interested I will meet them at Rockport.

Cool. Was beginning to think tomorrow might be a bust. Not sure how you guys usually work this out, but I'm bringing my raft, so a little extra thought may be required since once inflated it's not as easy to transport as a kayak. One possibility might be for us to meet at the put in then drop off a vehicle at Rockport, but I'm open to anything. Just let me know. Feel free to call/text tonight or tomorrow if necessary.

That would probably work to meet at the put in below the dam and then drop a car off at Rockport. Call me 501-609-5864
