The Solo 13 is Mohawk's compact, light and strikingly-beautiful canoe with a tucked in center section and detailed lines molded into the bow and stern. Nimble on the water, the Mohawk Solo model of canoes are a delight to paddle. A real joy on small, twisty creeks the Solo 13 is the perfect craft for someone looking for a lightweight boat for relaxing in. Yet with its flared bow and sides the Mohawk Solo 13 can also easily handle light whitewater and choppy lakes while keeping its occupant dry. Great for small paddlers, but won't let the 200 pounder's down either!

This is an, almost, exclusive offer to ACC members. The non-ACC member price is $700. However, if you're out of state and belong to a different paddling club the $650 price does apply to you too.

Well Van, I have some good and bad news. The bad news is the green Solo 13 might get purchased tomorrow. The good news is the red Solo 13 is still available. I'm only at the shop by appointment. I'll send directions to you via PM.

Van, I'm glad we've established that you’re actually looking for a more aggressive, whitewater model. Unfortunately without rain, effectively and locally (Fort Smith area) demoing a whitewater boat is not going to happen now. However, there is always the Rockport ledge near Malvern, AR if you don’t mind the drive. As soon as the river levels come back up...PADDLE ON!

There are a couple other folks wanting to demo WW canoes too. With that in mind, I might have to organize a Mohawk Demo Day when the water finally permits. It's always nice to have paddlers sharing their knowledge and stories with each other, while testing out canoes. I've been thinking about having one on Section 2 of Lee Creek, at the highway 220 bridge. That way folks can demo multiple boats in day while paddling on a great little stretch of river.
