Looked at he ledge yest. all is good. it was a rapid, kinda like the pool behind was lower or draining faster than before. at its lowest level it created a rapid more than a whole like as if the water had somewheres to go to a level. mabee a new level. IDK. it looked super cool tho. but the big news is the lake is full and they havent open the gates hardly.......so.....if there is no strong rain predicted for the weekend we may have 6000- 8000 levels sunday and sat. What I think will hapen is that friday afternoon they open to 1800 cfs and slowly open it monday and get 6000 by tuesday or wed. if the rain stopps. if more rain gomes the emg. spillway will be in order.

also. somthing to remember is that the wister statepark is downsizing staff. so if you camp there remember wister police don't patrol as often as they should so watch the locals and keep an eye on your gear. everyone knows this and less park EE's around so they act like they own the place. especialy NOW. so if you get in toit with them and it happens alot, tell them that Rich and Dennis from the gamewardens said we are welcome here as the fisherman are.
