Can anyone tell me how long it would take to go from Gilbert to Rush with river flow as is today?

you need to call wild bill's.. it may be close to flood level ..i was a mt hersey at 3 and the water was up and moving fast.it seems big creek at carver was pumping in lots of water. i'll bet richland was doing the same thing. adding more volume.at woolum. at 730 crossing the ponca bridge it was dry? and looks like it spiked over night adding more water .
