Cut me some slack Roger, I was really tired that day..I had no idea there were paparazzi around. I mean really, can't you tell I'd been landscaping my yard..you see the spreader in the background. Welll..there's one in the foreground as well...but either way...

I still always see the humor in the stories of otherwise healthy, well-taken-care-of livestock breaking into the mash at the family still but...Man. My family raised cattle for many years and I'm here to say the cattle in that shot ain't healthy, especially the cow splayed prostrate on the ground, in my experience,they don't naturally rest in that manner!As far as the folks who live in that house,it only lends credence to the old saying of 'laying pearls before swine'. I guess the A.S.P.C.A was too busy with the far too many cats, dogs, and pet horses they're forced to deal with that day. Sorry to be so negative but those cattle were all in pretty lousy condition. Shame on their owners!

Agreed Jim,
I grew up on a farm as well and never saw cow, steer or bull stretched out like that.
