I came across this picture, and the boat in it looks a lot longer then a normal Rocker to me. Is it just me?

Ah thanks for posting this! I forgot to look. I've been hoping jackson would come out with a long boat, but if that's it I think the Green boat is probably better, it looks longer

looks to me like the photographer was using a wide angle lens. Might be distortion due to that. As far as I know there is not a "long" boat in the works from Jackson. However, they are talking about a new creek boat, called the Villan, so if the photo is recent, this could be a prototype.

20-year-old kayaker 2002: "Hey old dude, that boat must be ancient - it's at least 10-feet long! Check out my rad new 5-foot playboat!"

20-year-old kayaker 2009: "Hey old dude, where'd you get that rad 10-foot longboat? I gotta sell my 5-foot playboat and get one of those!"

I still have my cross link plastic Dagger Response in the cedar shed.

I bring it out a few times a year just to enjoy the speed. It also works great on western multi day river trips.

It would be neat to see a Jackson long boat and maybe the photo may be it. But, it might just be the camera or angle etc that makes a jackson hero look longer than it actually is

Fish is right, I was really stoked when I got my all-star, but not nearly as excited as three years later when I found my corsica
