Paddle Tape

Anyone know of a good website or local place that carries bright or reflective waterproof tape to put around a paddle handle?
IF you are wanting a retro-reflective tape that is Hi Vis and will stick through anything, go to eBay and search for "3M Diamond grade" or "SOLAS". I've always been able to find small lots of tape cheaper on there than from other sources. I put some on both sides of my blades as well as on the shaft. White or silver show up slightly better at night, but colors show up better in daytime.
IF you are marking a carbon paddle with name and phone number - I find that Silver permanent markers show up real well on a black stick.
