Yea, I seem to remember more than one person I had informed that the raft was in fact the stolen raft commented at the moment....."Let's just take it"....but heard other voices saying that prolly wasn't such a good idea. As it turned out, the park employees who showed just in time and getting other rangers there so soon was what keep this event from turning ugly. From the looks of those perps, there would have been some fighten if we had tried to take the raft on our own and some paddlers may have wound up in trouble with the law as well. Turned out great in the end but we need to all realize that taking the law into your own hands sounds good but is not legal.

I can at least post my opinion without deliberately insulting the Non-club or club member posts. I try to stay light-hearted and have fun paddling but since we're insulting each other, I have a few questions to ask you. Did you fight and serve for your right to free speach? I did. Do you have enough experience with the law to know the only time those guys will do was while they were waiting on the bondsman? I do. Do you hear all the people that don't join the club because of the treatment they receive from club members? I do. Have you seen people quit boating because they got treated like crap by your great club members? Once again I do. actually heard another story of Jackasses(some of the most experienced) at the Tot this weekend. Did you spend a year without reply when you tried to get onto the forum as a club member? I did . I'm not downing the people that spend their time doing what they do, and have praised them many times. But, maybe you should check your attitude instead. I've seen all too many times where people trying to have fun get lined out by somebody that just doesn't know how to lighten up and not take their self so seriously. Signed the guy that fought for that country you're so proud of

Actually not trying to get you in trouble at all. Wish you had left the post up You have your right to free speech. I was however gonna thank you for your advice on how i should act, since you heard from a friend of a friend what war is like. They teachin psych up there at the college these days? You don't need me to post to act the way you act. I'm sure you would have done that anyway. I comment on belittlement for a comment and am met with more belittlement. Interesting. As John Stewart once said"I'm goin' back to makin fart noises". To the board powers that be-I absolutely made a mistake in sending a message-I did not intentionally flag anyone ever. Please disregard any flags I may have sent by accident.
