If you're going that way again, snag it. The owner is posting on another thread; we can eventually get the boat back to the owner for a proper burial...
P.S.-If you're not going that way, PM or post more details on exact location- closest exit, which way were you headed when you saw it, is it in the median, or on which shoulder, etc... We might be able to get one of our LR residents to check it out tomorrow.
