Found 3-15-2019, Cadron Creek - Paddle and dry bag (ADD: and Kayak)

Found a kayak paddle and a dry bag today on the creek, above Hwy 65.

A good description is all that is needed to get your stuff back.

EDIT TO ADD: On 3/18/2019, found a kayak. I know it was there on 3/17 because Phil Houston saw it on a trip down the creek. The kayak was down below Hwy 65, so it could have been from the same event, or from another accident.
