I have never floated ABOVE Turner Bend, always the lower Mulberry. 2.8 and above seems fine on the lower. What is a doable level on the upper? Can a sit on top kayak handle it? Lots of whitewater? I'm interested.....

the 16 miles above turner bend is a fun Class II run. I paddle a sit on top rented from turners when I am there

I've noticed the usgs gauge is less reliable above turners bend. the turner bend guage at 2.8 to 3' would be the highest I would recommend for a first trip with a sot. my first trip was at 2.6' and was a good ride. second trip was 3.1 from wolf pen to tb. lotsa fun.
