Since we didn't get enough rain for Lower Richland, planning on Buffalo. Anyone wanting to run a shuttle, am planning on being at the low water bridge around 11:00.

At 10:20 pm it looks like Ponca to Kyles might be the ticket. But if Richland is above 2.8 in the morning, that's where we're headed!
