OT website building?

Post by Clif » Thu May 09, 2013 11:21 am

 given the job of getting our church a website up and going. Looked at webs.com but read mixed reviews. We need a no ads site. Any of you here schooled in this? Point me help me? please? What worx? who is good? Better having a site built than trying to go thru host site?

I think a little more information is needed before a recommendation can be made.

What does the church want to do with the site? Is it just informational or will they be selling stuff, accepting payments, etc? Do they want a message forum? Will there be someone to administrate the site?

basic info page... hey! look at us!. No store or donates. Need a events page/calendar so we would want to keep that up to date and rotate pics if we could... not pages of albums, just keep some current events displayed. Would like to have one or 2 of us admin it

Hmm. GoDaddy. I'll have to check that out. I sure wish I had some cybernet skills like Regud, others, and most 5th graders.
