Having problems learning to roll??

Post by Adam Willard » Sat Jun 02, 2012 11:05 am

I will be at Rock Port around noon this Sunday. I have a product that is in the prototype stage that aids in your sweep for someone learning the sweep roll. I used two different types of rollings aids at the WW school a few weeks back. We had one that worked very well and actually had two partcipants break some bad habits and learn their sweep roll. It your interested in trying it out let me know. This aid is not for taking down the river. It is for a trained instructor to help someone learn their sweep and to help them from punching out. It is not an airbag for hucking. :D I also had one person that learned to roll with it at roll class. Once she understood the sweep and following that sweeping blade with her head she could roll with the aid. After she practiced with the aid I removed it and she started rolling. We are also going to design on for open boating for folks wanting to learn how to roll in a controlled setting.
Thanks
Adam
Sincerely,
Adam Willard

I recommend using a dollar bill if you're having trouble learning to roll. ;)

When are y'all coming back to Rockport? I want to try that out. I never did get my chance a WW school.
Thanks,
