Looks like my brother and I will be floating the Buffalo from Ponca or Steel Creek to Kyle's Landing on March 23 or 24th. Not camping, just coming down from Branson for a day on the river (weather and water levels permitting).
Does anyone else have similar plans? What's the best way to set up a shuttle with other paddler's? Or should we just contact an outfitter to drive my truck to Kyles Landing?
I appreciate the advice and hope to see some of you on the river.

Call Buffalo River Canoe- 870-446-2644. They now have an office at the top of Kyle's landing. and next weekend, they should have their shower facility done. That way you can take a hot shower before you drive all the way back.
Lost Valley had a semi take out their well pump last week. Their trying to get it fixed though. And should have it back up and working soon.
