It's 10:1 around freezing but the ratio can vary depending on how cold and "wet" the snow is.

From what I heard on the news, the snow we recieved is only a 20:1 ratio.

It's definitely some of the lightest/fluffiest I have seen. It's pretty difficult to get 1"/hour if it's wet and heavy. This is nearly Utah Hero Snow (TM)...
