A friend and I arrived at the Ozark access just prior to the Park Service and Newton County S&R, what a somber start to our float to Carver. Kayaking at 79 inspirational, but still a sad day. Float Safe.

I have decided to join the Owl for an early afternoon launch. Be at the Rudy bridge by 1, if you wish to join....

Meeting at 8am in Rudy would be good, but the water levels will have to be monitored throughout the evening. The preferred run for me is Lancaster to Rudy, but I am open to other suggestions.....

I would be in for a Mulberry run on Sat. Not bothered with the run choice.
