Needed For Rendezvous

Here are a few things we need. Let me know if you can help with any of this, thanks!!

1. Couple people to sell stuff at the “store” Saturday afternoon before dinner. Probably 4 till….
2. Registration volunteer’s for the same time Saturday 4 till dinner
3. Portable generator to run a PA system for the “rodeo” Saturday afternoon at Rockport
4. Looking for what I’ll call an Easy Up tarp for the registration/store. Yes this is in addition to yours Renee!
5. Oh and if someone would like to do an Ecumenical Service Sunday morning that would be great too, thanks!

Oh and one more thing. We could use a few people who can stick around Sunday to help us pick up a little. This helps the club save money by not expecting Camp Couchdale to do it all. It shouldn’t be a big deal if we can get another 3 or 4 folks to spend less than an hour with this not fun project but I'd like to get it done as early in the afternoon as I can so we can go play!

Bob I think we're in good shape with Mike's Easyup without the tarp for now but I've got ya down for the store Saturday afternoon.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think we also have to clean up the Porterfield side of the river after Rendezvous is over, including hauling off the trash, in order to get our deposit back. If you have space to haul a bag of trash, grab one on the way out!

You're wrong Mike (just kidding)! Yep we'll pick up Porterfield's too but I'm sure everyone will use the trash barrels provide so it will be easy right???? We'll have portapotties down there as well for your grooving comfort.....

Several new additions to the activities so give me a few days to get that updated.

Oh and by the way movie submissions have been slow so far for Saturday night so pick it up!! Even if you don't think its competition material let Steve know.
