If it holds i will be there The litlle mo does have the best water quality in the state. I have actually floated even lower on the little mo from boerne to wheelen springs water quality goes down good fishing some log jams and portages but still fun and isolated can't make this stretch in one day you have to camp to have enough time.

Zack and anyone else in Little Rock: I'll be at the commuter lot on Shackleford Road at the end of I-630 at 7:30 a.m. ready to head on down to the Little Mo.

Question? The level is in the red on the Ozark pages. But the other gage page shows it high. So just how much water is good but not too much for a first timer on the LIttle MO? And, not dragging, bumping rocks along the way too much?

Great news! As Greg said, the Little Mo watershed was getting more rain from a localized storm; it put about an inch more water on the upper end of the watershed. Should be great Saturday.

So, is anyone heading up to the upper or this just a lower trip? I am game for the upper if the water is there.
