Richard,
If your ACC dues are paid up, you can have the Webmaster change your rights to show you as an ACC member. The thread Butch is linking to is in the "ACC Members only" forum, and is simply a discussion by ACC members of whether or not a greater percentage of Club business should be conducted via that forum, to allow broader club participation in the decision making process. Right now, the vast majority of information that appears on that forum is "static" things like copies of past ACC newsletters; a copy of the ACC Bylaws, etc.
