eyes on the creeks

Don Harwood has run up to Cedar and the Frog,
His report is W. Cedar is no go
E. Cedar has more but still not quiet enough to run.
Frog from Lancaster would be low at best,
The only recommended run in the area would be
Cedar Creek from the confluence of W & E
to Rudy.
All of this is per 11:15 am 8/12
Fighting for peace........
Isn't that like screaming for quiet?
