Anyone up for this float Fri? Even after work or get off early? I can get off really early this Fri. :) Minna

but, there's 3 problems!
1. no boat
2. no experiance
3. no "off" early on Friday

but sure sounds like fun! y'all be careful and have some fun for me!

Don't think I can swing it this Friday, but I'm planning a trip down there next Friday when the releases are a little earlier. I'll post a seperate thread later about next Friday 8/8...

If you can, I see no reason not to do BOTH!

Jim, very cool of you to offer these boats to newbies like myself, and I sure wish I could take you up on it, maybe a weekend soon though!

unofrtunately weekend releases from the narrow dam are rare.... only once in recent years that I remember

Lupe! I'm in for next Friday! I loved it last year, all three trips! I think I like it best when it's opened at 2, but 3 was fast and fun!

Im definitely in for Aug.8. But what about tomorrow? Generation starts at 1600 so anyone interested could work 1/2 a day or even more on Fri. Just think how nice that cool float would be after a hard week of work Even tomorrow you can pm me or call my cell.And, as the song by the Temptations says I "aint to proud to beg"! Minna
