Got all of July free. If anyone gets a hankerin' to do some rec boating, holler! Paddling, swimming, fishing, whatever . . . I need to get out there and get with it.

Need disc golf partners, too.

Just out of curiosity....

IF choosing between the Disc Golf and the dry time water recreation opportunities.....

Which has priority ?

I know for me that Disc Golf used to be the priority, but that boat time now is on top. Mostly just because I've recently joined the darkside and need to practice my roll. Otherwise Disc Golf !

Now, when the streams are really rolling. Disc Golf is definitely buried deep deep deep down on the list of priority while boating....will always be on the top as far as recreational hobbies go.

If you lived in NWA I'd be glad to have another golfing pal or boating pal. Most of mine have all married off, kidded up, or moved away. So, I too am in your shoes and looking for some hobby time pals.

Minna, sorry I missed ya. I was on the road all weekend.

Disc dude, paddling gets priority if conditions are good enough. However, I've been rehabbing a knee what was royally aggravated by paddling the open boat months ago. The golfing has been good therapy as it keeps me walking off asphalt and doing gentle movements and climbs. Is there a course in NWA? If you're ever down this way, Burns Park in NLR has two 18-hole courses and flatwater paddling is just a mile away. I'm buying a house over there partly for those reasons. C'mon down!

yo, lalyle check it out,Arkansas Disc'n is everywhere, but not all of the courses in the state are on this listing and some that are on here, really, prolly shouldn't be...

Glad to hear paddling takes precedence.

Hopefully we'll get some hurricane rain or somethin'....

but in the meantime, here's to disc golf
