Strech?

Post by bethieb8 » Mon Oct 08, 2007 8:18 pm

Anybody paddled a Pyranha Strech? I have a dagger kingpin 6.3, I think it is Bryan Pinnells old boat and have noticed he posts alot. Just to let you know Bryan, I am loving the boat. The kingpin was my first modern kayak and is great in surfing and such. However, it is a little too playful for me at times, like pulling tricks I have no idea how I did on accident in utimaley places. I am looking for a little less playable boat that is still playable but good in bigger/steeper water. I found the strech and looks like it might fit that bill, also debating about the ammo but that seems very creeky.

Basically I am asking if the strech is as good all around as Pyranha says it is? I am looking for a creeker/playboat (if that is possible) that I can I have some more confidence in bigger water and be able to head up some the creeks later in year. Oh and I am 6-3 around 225 that ads another level to this question. Open to suggestions.

Thanks
Will
