ACC Winter Board Meeting Weekend Feb 7-9

The winter board meeting weekend of the ACC is fast approaching and we want YOU to attend. It is February 7-9 at Lake Ft. Smith State Park and all dues paying members are invited! If you want to get in touch with what the board does, what the chapters are up to, or just want to hang out, eat great food, and (hopefully) paddle a bit, this is a good opportunity! The actual meeting takes place around 7 PM Saturday. The lodge we've rented is ours from Friday late afternoon til Sunday. If you haven't been there before, it's gorgeous. The dates are February 7-9. There will be a potluck on the night of the 8th, so plan to bring a dish to share. The cost will be 20 bucks per person, per night. The lodge has 28 beds and two of those are queen beds. Accommodations are very comfortable, just be aware that the layout of each is a mixed bag with most folks sharing rooms with two or more twin beds.
