I have a Werner fiberglas paddle that needs some repair work.
Looking for someone with kevlar fiberglas experience.
anyone provide that expertise or know someone that does.

What kind of damage do you have with your paddle? A split in the blade can be often repaired DIY fairly easily with a good quality marine epoxy.
