Heavy guy kayak recommendation

Hello all! I'm looking for some recommendations for a kayak (prefer sit in, I think) with a 350+ capacity. I'm considering a https://oldtowncanoe.johnsonoutdoors.com/vapor-12xt but wanted to pick the community's brain.

take a look at some of the older Prijon big boy creekers

bullet proof plastic, cheap used prices
