SELF RESCUE , Group organization, Rescue philosophy, pins, entrapments, hydrology, throw ropes - receiving & throwing, how to prepare for your trip, how to deal with strainers (trees in the river), and much more.

This course will also help prepare you for a 2 day swift water course for any whitewater paddlers.

Statistics show most fatalities happen on rivers like the Buffalo, Elk & Mulberry rivers. So don't be left out on knowing these facts, and skills. Because when things go wrong on the river it happens fast, and has to be dealt with even faster.
