Caddo River, Sat. April 1st

Marlo and I were mulling over floating from the Narrows down to Glenwood again tomorrow. The weather looks very nice, the water level should be about 6ft., or maybe a smidge above by then if we're lucky which is on the lower but doable end. If anyone should be interested, I was thinking about meeting under the Glenwood bridge between 11 and 11:30 in the morning to set shuttle.

Dang it. I so want to go. Be awhile getting over this surgery. Much rougher than I thought. Jim and Ed and the rest have fun and safe paddle.

Fun time on the water today. Thanks everyone for putting up with this novice yaker. Looking forward to next time, and the whitewater school this summer.

What a nice day on the Caddo yesterday! We had a group of seven of us to start, then met Roger T. and two friends out on the river, and then caught up with Wally, who was fishing ahead of us. Nice blue skies, and a pretty nice level of 6ft on the river. My thanks to all of you for coming yesterday! It was really nice to meet you David, I'll look forward to seeing you on future trips!

Saturday was a vary nice day. Was good to paddle with you and Marlo again. Good water and great weather too. Good to see Ed, Wayne, Jeff and to meet David. Kinda funny I gotta go to Glennwood to meet someone from El Do. lol
