Ouachita April 1 ?

Anyone interested ?
My son and I are going up to put in at Ouachita River Haven Resort and take out at the Dragover take out, about 9 miles. Spoke with Jan at ORHR and she said water should be at 4+ feet tomorrow. Never been on the Ouachita as we usually run the Big Piney or Mulberry, but don't have time for that this weekend. I paddle an Old Town Heron and he has a LL Remix XP10. We'll be driving up from El Dorado early tomorrow and hope to put in around 10am as we need to be back for my grandson's first t-ball game at 3:30. From what I have read, the Ouachita above Dragover looks like a good run. Jan said it should take less than 2 hours tomorrow with current river flow at 1300 cfs. Not expecting anything like the Piney at 4+ feet, just want to get on the water. All welcome to join us and any information appreciated.

Well dang. Gonna have to cancel our trip. Hate to see good water levels go to waste.
