I do not know the location. Apparently the website is not the proper venue for such a thing. This is irritating.

OK, got it, but the website really ought to have some info. Or it might...I'm an old man from the last century--I couldn't find anything.

Oops, sorry about that, I didn't notice it hadn't been cross posted here for our non-facebook users. Here's the description from the facebook event page for anyone else who missed it:

Current ACC members are invited to spend the weekend at Lake Ft. Smith State Park and attend the ACC Board Meeting Saturday evening. We will be in the Wild Turkey Lodge and have it Friday evening at 5:00 PM til 11:00 AM Sunday. Rooms are barracks style with a mens and womens side. Beds are first come, first serve. IMPORTANT!! - Bring your own twin size linens, pillow and towels.
Friday evening we will provide pizza. RSVP to Kristian Underwood at brotian@gmail so we know how much to buy. Breakfasts Saturday and Sunday will be provided by the club. Lunch Saturday is on you. Plan to bring a Pot Luck dish for Saturday evening. Pot Luck is typically about 6:00 PM and the Board Meeting about 7:00 PM. It might be a good idea to bring your own plate, utensils and of course your favorite beverage(s).
We need volunteers to lead paddling and outdoor activities for Saturday in the NW Arkansas area. Firewood is also appreciated.

I've heard the beds are full already so if you plan on spending the night be prepared to camp.

Yep, might as well shut 'er down and save the ACC the cost of hosting it on a server. R.I.P.

There are no reserved beds for this weekend. My guess is that there will be enough beds. It if first come first served.

I was just going off what el presidente Chris told me and was bringing a tent since we'll be getting there saturday

I suppose that would be a good plan B. But Kristian says plenty of room.
