Yea I would be glad to lead a trip on Thursday September 22. Car shuttle from the Riverside Park Put-in at 12:50 pm. The put-in is located 5 miles north of Murfreesboro on highway 19. Please post if your coming as it helps with planing the shuttle. The river generally takes 2 1/2 to 3 hours to get down the 5 mile. BOB

Good deal. Hope a few will join us. I may need a ride with my boat and I. Waiting for my new racks to come in. If they don't I'll need to carpool with someone from my house. I'm in Benton. I would carpool if they do come in and share gas

Count me in. If any one needs a ride let me know. I'll be coming from Conway. My wife to be also wants to come if she can do it without a skirt or helmet. What are your thoughts Bob? She doesn't have either one yet.

What does she paddle. A skirt would be needed. The waves in the rapids can swamp the
kayak. If in a skirt need a helmet. I have a helmet she can borrow. How long is the kayak. I have a skirt but is for whitewater boat size

I won't be able to make this trip but I have some extra gear you are welcome to. If you can post back what kayak model she will be using I'll see if I have a skirt that will work. I also have a couple different sized helmets if needed, just let me know.

Thanks to both of you.I think I will just come by myself tomorrow.I would prefer to get her use to a wet water exit with a skirt in nice calm conditions. I'll see about getting her a skirt and helmet. Hopefully she can come next time.
