SWEPCO has a rare weekend release this coming up this weekend July 23-24. So a trip will take place on Sunday July 24. The shuttle will be at 1:30 p.m.from Riverside Park located North of Murfreesboro on Highway 19. I'm expecting a large group so please post if your coming. BOB

Bob, my wife Melanie and I are planning on coming but I'll let you know if our plans fall through. We might paddle Saturday then camp and float with y'all on Sunday if I can figure out a shuttle for Saturday. I talked to you for a little while on Piney this year on one of the last weekends that Helton's run was still flowing.

This was a great trip. I've never seen so many people on the Lil Mo at once. Let's hope SWEPCO plans more weekend releases.

Wow what turn out. 46 paddlers, 26 of whom joined us for dinner at Los Agaves in Murfreesboro after the trip. 46 paddlers and only a couple of tips. It was great mix of old timers and those newer to the club. Special thanks to Mike Coogan for his TLC. I had hoped to do a trip on Thursday of this week but as of now ( Monday evening) SWEPCO has not posted a release. I'll post if they do. Thanks again to all of those that participated it was a great trip. BOB
