Rockport Release for this weekend

Here is the latest:
Blakely, Carpenter and Remmel will be releasing about 3,600 CFS daily from 2 to 8 PM weekdays. On Saturday and Sunday, in support of Swiftwater Rescue Training downstream the release start times will start at 7 AM, Saturday and Sunday at 9 AM.

DeGray will only be releasing about 2200 CFS for 6 hours in the afternoons starting at about 2 PM.

Thank you for the update, over the course of the last two weekends, several of us have floated downstream from Remmel Dam and have really enjoyed the cool, abundant water! I hope to see you at this year's 'Surf&Turf''.

Any clue as to when the generators will shut off? Since the generators are turning on early, will they be shutting off early as well? Is anyone else going tomorrow that would be interested in shuttling?

My thinking is that Entergy will probably be releasing as late in the day as they usually do, however they are just getting started a bit earlier to provide an adequate flow rate for the classes this weekend. Have a good float.
