Central Chapter has a new president: Cate Davis

At the annual spring membership appreciation BBQ picnic, Cate Davis was elected as our new president. She will be an awesome leader for the chapter and a valuable addition to the ACC board of directors. Lots of good things in store for us paddlin' fools.
