Aly reports that we are on for both days this week. Clean your boats out. Someone help Karla carry her boat inside please!

Thanks Ali. If nothing changes Gary may bring me if not I will need some help. Can't fully paddle yet but need to at least get in pool and paddle some and see if I can still wet exit. Who all plans to be there?

I'm planning on going tonight, I coundnt get anyone on the phone who could tell me if we were allowed in tonight or not so I'm just going to give it a shot and hope for the best.

Good afternoon all, I was at the pool last night and rolling is a little more difficult than I originally gave it credit for, if someone would be so kind as to give me a hand I would be much obliged. I'm pretty sure my hip snap is on point but I have no clue what to do with the paddle. I've tried watching vids on YouTube but that all flies out the window when I'm under water haha.

Aly emails the UALR contact (generally) on Monday mornings and when she hears back from him she posts that info here just like this post.

Re: roll help
Different people attend each week. Because this isn't a formal class, you may try posting here or on the ACC Facebook group to see if you can make contact with someone who can help prior to Wednesday and Saturday nights.
