For those who can't make Bob's Wednesday trip, please join us on Friday. The water comes on at 1p, so we will meet at the take out at 12:30p to consolidate vehicles and set shuttle.

If you think you will be late, go on to the top because we want to be geared up and ready to paddle about 15 minutes after the water turns on so we will be at the front of the release for the most fun.

I had a great time floating that stretch on Wednesday, just wish I could join you all today and go again. I did discover by Thursday morning though that I had picked up some pesky little chiggers when I was over there
I parked my car in the tall grass near the power pole there at the take-out in efforts to be out of the way, that is my main suspect area for obtaining those little hitchhikers... Maybe the county will do some bush hogging sometime this summer.
