Hope to paddle tomorrow,6/21. It will depend on river conditions and fellow paddlers. I have not been on this section this year. If you have info on water levels, strainers or any current information of note, please report. All qualified boaters are welcome.

floated this stretch today. Level4.8 on the Berryville gauge. water was adequate but we scraped a little on a few of the shoals. We saw a lot of trees in the river due to recent floods, but the only portages were at the two low water bridges. The water was refreshingly cool for swimming, and the river was as peaceful and beautiful as I remembered. Another great day on a river. We enjoyed your company, Gregg. "Rollin on a river" CCR

One of our favorite sections of this river with its beautiful bluffs, smaller in scale than the Buffalo but just as magnificent. At low levels, there's not much correlation between this section and the gauge so far downstream. A visual at the put in is ideal.
