The NWS service says AR only needs two more inches of rain and it will be the most rain the state has ever gotten in May. The record is 21.38". Polk county/Mena has already broken a record with the wettest May ever and the last time Mena had this wet of a month was in August of 1915. 100 years ago.
The State has had the wettest spring ever recorded with 37. 46".
I think we should have a moment of silence and thank the river gods.
