Saturday Evening at Siloam Springs Kayak Park
Saturday Evening at Siloam Springs Kayak Park
Not quite a kayak park last night. Their were four people fishing, one very large family picnic, a wedding party, several picture taking prom pictures, kids floating through the waves, several sightseers and one kayaker.

Whitewater School had the Mulberry swamped with boats....
Fighting for peace........
Isn't that like screaming for quiet?

I went a couple times last week. No one else was around but fishermen. They get awfully close when its just one boat

The fishermen at the park were discussed during the last NWA Chapter meeting. Please make sure you're documenting the fisherman that are getting close to the waves and/or kayakers. Send photo's to Steve Runnels so he can forward to the people that make decisions.

Will do. Yesterday their was one man casting in the eddy area in the top pool and across the wave train. I thought he was going to hook me.

Yeah, getting hooked wouldn't be fun. Just make sure you start documenting, and hopefully something will be done about it (one day).
