South Fourche Lafave 3/17 Tuesday

This is a great scenic paddle through a unique geological valley. Expect many class II rapids on this 11 mile trip. Put-in on Arkansas Highway 7, just south of Hollis at the South Fourche National Forest Campground, at 10:30 am. See you there.

Mitch and I had a fun day. Picked up 50 gallons of trash including a nice P.F.D. For a description of said P.F.D. see mitch's post in the lost and found section. It was a fun run and we noticed that a road or driveway has been cut parallel to the river channel at the Take-Out. We'll have to wait and see what it will turn into. BOB

Bob,

I so enjoyed our trip yesterday. When I made a post last evening, I neglected to mention the group of trash you and Cowper collected. As I sorted through everything this morning to dispose of, I spent some time with that aluminum trailer body you two found. Since I am going to try and slip it in with some beer cans at the recyclers , I spent some amount of time prying off the remaining taillights, and that license plate  The taillights aren't working any better than they did yesterday.
It sounds like you all had a good day again today.

Best Regards
Jim
