Frog trip 3-6

Float the Frog! This should be a very nice float at a great time of year! We are meeting at the Rudy store ( by the interstate) at 10 am
Remember, this is a leaderless group of common adventures and everyone is responsible for their boats, equipment & their own personal safety. Thermal protection will be necessary as right now, as the weather is showing the high will be a 45 degrees, yet the water will be much colder. If anyone has any questions about what to wear, please post here way before this trip. We have very friendly members that have extra gear. That being said, please make sure your skill level is appropriate for this trip. We can expect class two rapids with a few obstacles.

Few of us are meeting at turner bend at 9 on Saturday, then the frog Sunday. Don't know time or place to meet Sunday yet.

David- I and some other folks are planning on another Lancaster to Rudy run Saturday. Was great today, and should be even better tomorrow. Don't know what time. Maybe we can hook up.

trip report for Friday the 6th. We had ten paddlers join in on a excellent float. We ran from Lancaster bridge to Rudy . Couldn't ask for a better trip. Water level was nice at 3.4 . The Rapids was all there & fairly juicy with a lot of playing time. Weather wasn't bad either with temps in the mid 40s . Plus we had paddler from Minnesota with us & we got to show him some Arkansas water. Now looking forward to hitting the frog again tomorrow!
