Documentary Film Extras Needed on the Buffalo

Post by jcarter » Sun Mar 01, 2015 4:07 pm

Not sure if anyone is interested, but I know many of us love the Buffalo. Let's show our support for the people trying to keep it safe!
SHOW YOUR LOVE FOR THE BUFFALO
We need as many supporters as possible to attend a photo and video shoot on March 8 at Steel Creek.

Come to Steel Creek canoe launch at 11am on Sunday March 8. Meet DOUGLAS GAYETON, the Public Broadcasting Service Director and founder of The Lexicon of Sustainability, an award-winning multi-platform documentary project.

Our efforts to protect the Buffalo have been identified as an outstanding and innovative example of a grass-roots approach to advocating for sustainable water use.

This film project will highlight our efforts and will help educate a much broader audience about the threat posed by CAFOs.

We need as many supporters as possible to attend this photo and video shoot. Help us emphasize the importance of protecting the Buffalo.

Please join us, bring your friends and relatives.

Show your love for the river on March 8. Check the websitehttp://buffaloriverwatershedalliance.wildapricot.org/ if the weather becomes uncertain.
...if you're alive you've got to flap your arms and legs, you've got to jump around a lot, for life is the very opposite of death, and therefore you must at very least think noisy and colorfully, or you're not alive.
