UALR Pool Week of 12/8: No and No

The UALR schedule is wonky for the next couple of weeks, and after that the school will be closed for the holidays. We won't have access until after the first of the year. Phooey!

Well, I think the lifeguards kind of expected us tonight. The only consolation is that the pool temperature has dropped below any I have seen in my seven plus years there. Their big boiler is old and in trouble. It's been off for a week and nobody bothered informing us or made other preparations as their was a swim meet last and this coming weekend. I believe their trying to throw some heat on it this afternoon but it will only rise a degree or two a day unless they crank it. I don't see that happening. I would like to think it will be good to go by the time school re opens next year. Here's to a good Christmas all.
